There may be many reasons for this. You can follow the steps below in order:

(a) When logging into the system with the Google Chrome browser, I receive a warning saying “This site cannot be reached”. 

Our users who log into the Learning Management System (fue.firat.edu.tr) with the Chrome browser can log into the system by clicking on the link https://youtu.be/t7Xl6YCcwU8 and making the necessary settings. If the page still does not open after doing this, proceed to Step (b).

(b) I cannot access the ue.firat.edu.tr page.

If the user cannot log into the page after making the settings shown in item 2a, the web browser must clear its cookies (https://youtu.be/1isnszovN60 and https://youtu.be/3PqWX8ZGTO4).

(c) If you still cannot log in to the system after the above procedures and the last part of the page link in the address bar says “errorcode=5”, then you are not registered to the system. Click on the link http://fuzem.firat.edu.tr/tr/node/221 to contact the Department Support Coordinator of the relevant department/program and request to be registered to the system.
