Taking the failed course and taking the course in the next term
1. First-year students cannot take over-the-top courses.
2. Our 2nd and 3rd-year students whose GPA is 2.5 and above and who do not have a retake course in either semester can take a maximum of 3 courses over-the-top.
3. When choosing an over-the-top course, the course schedule should be taken into consideration and care should be taken not to conflict with term courses.
4. Students can choose over-the-top courses or get help from their advisors during course registration.
5. Attendance is mandatory for over-the-top courses.
6. The course taken over-the-top can be upgraded the following year.
7. All of the above conditions apply to taking over-the-top courses in summer school.
8. A student must have at most 3 courses over-the-top. Students who take more than 3 courses over-the-top cannot take 1 term course for each course they exceed.
9. Regardless of the number, if a student fails a course taken over-the-top due to absenteeism and if there is a conflict with a term course in the program, they cannot take the term course.
10. Apart from this, if a student fails a course taken over-the-top due to failure, they are not required to attend the course.
